Ethyl difluorobromoacetate belongs to ester derivatives and can be used as pharmaceutical intermediates. The application of ethyl difluorobromoacetate is an intermediate for the synthesis of drugs and high-energy materials.

Step 1 of the preparation method: prepare Difluorobromoacetonitrile from Difluorodibromomethane, add 90 grams of cuprous cyanide powder into 500 ml of 1:1 (volume ratio) N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF)/ethylene glycol dimethyl ether (DME) mixed solvent, add 1 gram of catalyst dibenzo-18-crown-6, slowly add a molar amount of Difluorodibromomethane dissolved in DMF/DME (volume ratio 1:1) mixed solution, and start monitoring after reaction at 20 ℃ for half an hour, Monitor with GC (chromatographic column: PEG-20M) until the conversion rate is 80% of Chemicalbook. Slowly raise the temperature to 50 ℃, make the difluorobromoacetonitrile evaporate, and then collect the difluorobromoacetonitrile at low temperature through a cold well below 0 ℃. Step 2. Preparation of ethyl difluorobromoacetate from difluorobromoacetate. Dissolve 78 g (0.5 mol) of difluorobromoacetate in 400 ml of 95% (mass fraction, the same below) ethanol solution, add 10 ml of 50% (mass fraction, the same below) sulfuric acid solution, heat it to 30 ℃, stir it for 10 hours, slowly heat it for reflux for 5 hours, through rectification, use GC (capillary column: PEG-20M) to detect and collect the appropriate components, and obtain 60.5 g of ethyl difluorobromoacetate, The purity of the product is 99.0%.
